056 | 75 Hard for Families


For the last 41 Days, Sunmarie and I have each day, without fail:

  • Drank one Gallon of water
  • Read 10 pages a day
  • Done two 45-minute Workouts (One Outdoors)
  • Eaten Single Portion meals with no Processed Sugar in our diet
  • Restricted our cellphone use from 8:30am – 8:30pm

It has been one of the most challenging times in our lives, but also the most rewarding. In this episode, we dive into what the 75-hard challenge is, how we make it work with as a family of 5, and why you should consider doing the challenge too!
