For the last 41 Days, Sunmarie and I have each day, without fail:
- Drank one Gallon of water
- Read 10 pages a day
- Done two 45-minute Workouts (One Outdoors)
- Eaten Single Portion meals with no Processed Sugar in our diet
- Restricted our cellphone use from 8:30am – 8:30pm
